ZoomRx Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex primary market research engagements, build strategic client relationships, and deliver high-impact insights in life sciences.

This is a high-impact role with opportunities to influence senior leaders and shape client strategies. You will oversee multiple consulting teams, drive data-driven recommendations, grow accounts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across geographies in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of primary market research consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and project teams.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Skilled at developing and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Preferred: Life Sciences and Healthcare market intelligence; qualitative research experience is a plus.
