In this remote role, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams, drive account growth, and mentor junior staff while maintaining rigorous quality and attention to detail in fast-paced client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary market research consulting experience, focused on quantitative commercial strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and project teams.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Skilled at developing and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Preferred experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare market intelligence; qualitative research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting teams through the design and execution of complex primary market research projects.
• Guide development of data-driven recommendations informed by a deep understanding of client business needs.
