Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary market research consulting in quantitative commercial strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in life sciences or quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and project teams.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Skilled at developing data-driven, clear, compelling recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting teams through design and execution of primary market research projects.
• Guide development of data-driven recommendations aligned with client needs.
• Operate with high autonomy to exceed expectations and ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and drive new business.
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships in biopharma.
