Qualifications

• 8+ years in a manufacturing plant environment, preferably in Cost Accounting or Plant Controller roles.
• Experience in corporate finance and regulated industries preferred.
• Comfortable with traveling up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, internal reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Guide RF1/3 forecasting, annual budgeting, and standard cost development.
• Present trends, risks, and opportunities to plant leadership.
• Build and monitor strong internal controls and financial processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Kaizens/WCM activities.
• Partner with leaders to ensure financial transparency and operational excellence.
