Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 5+ years in licensing, business development, or toys & collectibles.
• Proven experience negotiating IP licensing agreements.
• Strong network within licensing, entertainment, or consumer products.
• Deep understanding of licensing agreements, royalties and IP rights.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential licensing opportunities across entertainment, gaming, sports, digital media, influencers, publishing and lifestyle brands.
• Develop and execute licensing acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Evaluate commercial viability via market research, forecasts and competitive analysis.
• Lead negotiations of licensing agreements, term sheets and royalties.
• Manage relationships with licensors, agents, studios and brand owners.
• Represent the company at licensing trade shows and events (international travel required).
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess opportunities and support launches.
• Track contracts, obligations, renewals and performance; prepare regular pipeline reports.
