Job summary

YuMe Toys, part of the Maxx Group, is seeking an Accountant to provide full accounting support for North American offices and coordinate with overseas offices. The role emphasizes accuracy and cross-border collaboration in a 4/1 hybrid schedule; local candidates only will be considered.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, manage accounts, payroll, closing, inventory and audits to ensure compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration and trade credit control.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting.
• Proficiency with Excel and with accounting/payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or toy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration for North American offices and prepare required filings.
• Complete monthly closing activities and prepare financial reporting.
• Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock records.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
