Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Legal Training and Development Attorney in Charlotte, NC to design, implement, and oversee effective training programs across Litigation and Intellectual Property practices. You will lead training initiatives, align learning with business goals, and mentor associates in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience with strong subject matter expertise.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or professional development preferred.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology and innovation tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and leadership to develop and execute training strategies for practice groups.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to business unit needs.
• Lead training council meetings and coordinate ongoing initiatives.
• Assess training needs and develop targeted learning programs with internal stakeholders.
• Track associate training progress and align development with performance benchmarks.
• Integrate legal technology, including AI tools, into training curricula.
• Maintain and update training materials on internal learning platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify firmwide training opportunities.
• Conduct regular evaluations of training programs and refine them as needed.
