Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• J.D. or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum seven years in law, legal talent, or professional services.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal talent aligned with the office, committee, or department/practice group remit
• Manage utilization, development, and integration of legal talent
• Advise on and execute broader legal talent initiatives
• Act as a strategic advisor to relevant firm committees or Chairs
• Guide development and execution of talent-development priorities at macro and micro levels
• Support relevant leadership meetings, communications, and work product
• Build and maintain relationships with the broader Legal Talent team and other business services teams
• Collaborate to support the firm’s strategic goals and maintain a robust professional network
• Participate in progression, performance review, and compensation processes
• Support relevant firm committees or Chairs throughout these processes
• Promote effective work practices and work as a team member
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
