Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a proactive Legal Recruiting Manager to support lateral recruiting for associates, counsel, post-clerk, and patent agents across U.S. offices.

The role partners with practice group leaders, senior management, and People & Culture to attract top legal talent and align with firmwide recruiting strategies. The candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with search firms and candidates, analyze hiring trends, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Four+ years of law firm recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Support full-cycle lateral recruiting across U.S. offices: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with group leaders and senior leadership to craft effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain relationships with search firms and candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Analyze hiring data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Support clerkship recruiting events and update job postings and offers.
• Supervise and mentor junior Attorney Recruiting team members.
