Responsibilities

• Source qualified legal candidates through job boards, social media, networks and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess fit for roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and maintain competitive compensation discussions.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies.
