Key Resource Group, a well-established woman-owned staffing and recruiting firm based in Buffalo, is expanding our legal recruiting practice. We are looking for a Legal Recruiter to join our team, offering a compensation range of $60k–$75k with OTE $100k–$150k+.

You can come from three backgrounds: Legal Recruiter with staffing, search or agency experience; Experienced Recruiter who has recruited attorneys and other law-firm professionals; or Attorney/Paralegal looking to transition to

• Attorney or Paralegal interested in transitioning into recruiting; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruit professionals for law-firm clients across the East Coast including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other business-services roles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates, conduct substantive interviews, evaluate against client needs, and guide candidates through hiring.
• Option to manage client relationships and develop your own legal recruiting desk depending on experience and interests.

We work with law firms throughout the East Coast and are looking for a Legal Recruiter to join our team. We are open to three different backgrounds: Legal Recruiter with staffing, search or agency experience Experienced Recruiter who has recruited attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and other law-firm professionals Attorney or Paralegal interested in transitioning from traditional legal work into recruiting If you`re an experienced attorney or paralegal, previous recruiting experience is not required. We can teach recruiting - you bring the understanding of the legal industry.

What You`ll Do

• You`ll recruit professionals for law-firm clients across the East Coast, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, billing/accounting professionals, HR, firm administration and other business-services positions.
• You`ll source and engage active and passive candidates, conduct substantive interviews, evaluate candidates against client requirements, develop relationships within the legal community, prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring process.
• Depending on your experience and interests, there may also be an opportunity to manage client relationships and develop your own legal recruiting desk.
