Qualifications

• High school diploma with three years administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Project clients via phone and written correspondence.
• Address inquiries from clients, attorneys, and the community effectively.
• Assist with litigation support in state and federal courts, including preparing legal pleadings.
• Coordinate and manage conferences, seminars, and events, including vendor recommendations and logistics.
• Oversee the electronic filing system.
• Plan and manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and track court deadlines.
• Handle routine financial transactions, including resolving discrepancies.
• Draft and produce routine communications and coordinate document production.
