Stanford University Law School is seeking a full-time Legal Project Coordinator to support the Three Strikes Project, a national criminal justice reform initiative based at Stanford. The role provides administrative and research support, coordinating with attorneys and policy staff while engaging with incarcerated clients and government officials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three years of administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to take ownership of projects.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to occasionally drive long distances.
• Willingness to learn Westlaw and Stanford systems (Oracle).

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries and serve as a policy resource.
• Plan and schedule conferences, seminars, and events with vendors.
• Draft routine communications and coordinate document production.
• Schedule calendars, resolve conflicts, and arrange travel.
• Process routine financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate moves and vendor quotations.
• Maintain approved website content.
• Provide HR transactional support as needed.
• Coordinate supervision of student/contingent workers and mentor staff.
