American Family Insurance in Madison, WI seeks a Legal Operations Program & Portfolio Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and management of the Legal portfolio, aligning programs with enterprise priorities and delivering results. You will report to the Director, Divisional Strategy and Legal Operations and drive data-driven insights, risk management, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with senior leaders and offers relocation support

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Extensive experience with project/program and portfolio management tools, methods and practices.
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience with budget, metrics and other operational analyses.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of operational and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and management of Legal's portfolio of programs and projects.
• Oversee demand intake, prioritization, and resource planning to maximize value.
• Drive end-to-end portfolio execution with risk and dependency management.
