Job summary

Crux Climate Inc. is seeking a Legal Partnerships Lead to build and deepen partnerships with AmLaw and Chambers‑ranked law firms, central to Crux’s capital markets for clean energy.

You will own relationships end-to-end, collaborating with commercial, legal, market intelligence, and marketing teams. Design joint programs, deliver valuable legal and market intelligence, and leverage Crux’s AI-forward platform to drive impact while traveling ~25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Genuine legal fluency and ability to hold conversations with AmLaw partners or in-house counsel.
• Proven ability to build durable relationships with enterprise partners and top firms.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across BD, marketing, and legal teams.
• Strong commercial instincts and accountability, driving measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to use AI tools to enhance partner programs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen strategic law firm relationships with leading AmLaw and Chambers‑ranked firms.
• Design and run co‑marketing and joint engagement with law firms and Crux marketing teams.
• Deliver differentiated market and legal intelligence to partners and their clients.
• Collaborate with Crux platform teams to enable partner engagement on transactions.
• Maintain partner records and program insights to improve playbooks and repeatability.
• Travel to engage with partners through in-person meetings and events (~25%).
• Own and drive end-to-end partner relationship management from BD to leadership discussions.
