Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in-house legal spend management, preferably at a tech company.
• Deep/vendor and law firm spend management experience, including e-billing platforms and fee arrangements.
• Ability to manage budgets, accruals, forecasting with FP&A, and drive high compliance rates.
• Experience designing scalable processes for onboarding, billing guidelines and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own expense management, law firm and vendor spend oversight, and annual budget planning for the Legal, Policy, and Compliance departments.
• Build automated accrual models and use spend analytics to forecast costs for leadership.
• Drive end-to-end legal e-billing, onboarding, guideline enforcement, and conflicts of interest processes.
• Develop a top-tier law firm panel program and optimize spend with benchmarking and alternative fee arrangements.
• Collaborate with legal leadership on budget strategy and cost-reduction initiatives backed by data.
• Lead FP&A invoicing, accruals, and month-end processes for legal vendor spend.
• Administer and optimize the e-billing system and train stakeholders to improve adoption and data quality.
• Manage integrations between Brightflag and ERP/FP&A systems, enhancing workflow automation.
