Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a proactive Legal Operations Manager to own vendor spend management and the spend optimization program across the Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams.

You will influence multi-million dollar budgets with data-driven forecasting and a strong e-billing program. You will lead vendor onboarding, benchmarking, and alternative fee arrangements while partnering with FP&A to ensure timely, accurate financial workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in-house legal spend management or similar.
• Experience with e-billing platforms, law firm panels, and AFAs.
• Ability to forecast budgets and drive cost optimization with data.

• Own expense management for Legal, Policy, and Compliance departments with accurate forecasting.
• Lead the e-billing program end-to-end including onboarding and guideline enforcement.
• Develop and optimize a panel strategy and benchmark firm performance against cost targets.
• Partner with FP&A on invoicing, accruals, and month-end processes for accurate reporting.
• Train stakeholders on e-billing tools and ensure data quality across systems.
