Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Legal Operations Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Legal Operations portfolio from its headquarters in Moline, IL. You will translate multi-year strategy into sequenced projects with clear milestones and governance.

In this role you will coordinate with Legal, IT, Finance/Sourcing, outside counsel and regional teams, manage risk and budget, and drive adoption of new processes and tools across the global Legal team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Mastery of planning, scheduling, dependencies, risk, and governance.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication with executive-level reporting.
• Experience driving process or technology change across an organization.
• Strong data and KPI reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Legal Operations programs.
• Establish and run program governance with executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, IT, Finance/Sourcing, outside counsel, and regional teams.
• Manage program risk, budget, and change; proactively surface and remove blockers.
• Lead change management and adoption across the global Legal team.
• Define, track, and report program KPIs and benefits realization.
• Continuously improve Legal Operations’ program and project management practices.
