Title: Legal Operations Program Manager - 123374

Your Responsibilities

The Legal Operations Program Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of Legal Operations’ portfolio of initiatives, translating the function’s multi-year strategy and roadmap into sequenced, well-governed programs. As a Legal Operations Program Manager For John Deere World Headquarters Located In Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA, Chicago, IL, Or Santa Clara, CA You Will

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Legal Operations program/portfolio — translate the multi-year roadmap into sequenced projects with clear scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Establish and run program governance — intake, prioritization, status cadence, and management of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies — with clear, executive-level reporting to the Director and legal leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders across Legal, IT, Finance/Sourcing, outside counsel, and regional teams to keep initiatives on scope, on time, and aligned as global capabilities are built.
  • Manage program risk, budget, and change; proactively surface and remove blockers and drive timely decisions to keep delivery on track.
  • Lead change management and adoption so new processes and technologies are embedded and sustained across the global Legal team.
  • Define, track, and report program KPIs and benefits realization — delivery, adoption, value, and return on new capabilities and tools.
  • Continuously improve Legal Operations’ program and project management practices, tools, and templates to increase delivery velocity and consistency
