Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Legal Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of the Legal Operations portfolio, translating multi-year strategy into sequenced projects with governance and measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, IT, Finance/Sourcing and regional affiliates to ensure on-time delivery, manage risk and budget, and drive adoption of new tools and processes globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management delivering complex initiatives
• Mastery of planning, scheduling, dependency/risk management, and governance cadence
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent executive-level reporting and clear updates/decisions
• Experience driving process/technology change and adoption

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Legal Operations program/portfolio with sequenced projects and clear milestones
• Establish and run program governance with intake, prioritization, status cadence and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, IT, Finance/Sourcing, outside counsel, and regional teams
• Manage program risk, budget and change; remove blockers and drive timely decisions
• Lead change management to embed new processes and technologies across the global Legal team
• Define, track and report KPIs and benefits realization for delivery and value
