Job summary
John Deere seeks a Legal Operations Data & Analytics Lead to develop dashboards, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions that empower the Legal team to make data-driven decisions. You will transform legal data into actionable insights, lead self-service analytics, and support contract intelligence initiatives across multiple sites, including Moline, Des Moines, Chicago, and Santa Clara.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis, BI, data science, or data engineering.
- Strong Python and SQL for transforming and validating complex data.
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience creating data pipelines and automated reporting.
- Strong communication with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics.
- Analyze legal operations data to identify insights, risks, and improvements.
- Wrangle and clean data for accuracy and trust in reporting.
- Enable contract intelligence by extracting and structuring data.
- Build forecasting and anomaly detection models and monitoring.
