Job summary

Virtuoso seeks a Legal Operations Manager in Fort Worth, TX to run the operating infrastructure of the legal function. You will own intake, triage, templates, systems, and reporting, and support business teams to contract more effectively under attorney direction.

You will oversee contract review within approved playbooks, administer the repository, and coordinate governance, privacy, and IP compliance, while collaborating with attorneys and business units across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 6+ years in legal operations or corporate paralegal roles.
• Experience with contract workflow administration.
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal technology.
• International trademark docketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and triage of matters with discipline, risk rating, effort estimate, and owner.
• Perform first-pass review of contracts against playbooks; escalate exceptions.
• Administer corporate, IP and privacy compliance; maintain records.
• Manage outside counsel and legal vendor relationships; track spend and performance.
• Lead training and change initiatives to improve self-service in legal processes.
