Job summary

Moove in Mesa, AZ is seeking a high-energy Legal Counsel to act as a strategic architect of growth. Reporting to the Head of Legal, AV, the successful candidate will lead real estate and land use initiatives, negotiate leases and charging agreements.

The role also involves drafting various commercial contracts including vendor and master service agreements and managing the lifecycle of corporate entities while serving as a liaison between Infrastructure, Safety, Finance and HR teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. State Bar membership.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial and real estate law.
• Experience in either law firm or in-house settings with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate and land use initiatives and negotiate leases.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor and master service agreements.
• Manage lifecycle of corporate entities and serve as a legal liaison across Infrastructure, Safety, Finance and HR.
