Job summary

PRA Group is seeking a Project and Case Management Analyst in Virginia Beach area to manage a portfolio of legal cases and support larger class actions. The role combines research, claims filing, data analysis, and client communications in a hybrid onsite office setting.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, estimating recoveries with valuation models, and driving process improvements while coordinating with claims administrators and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, preferred OR 2+ years equivalent amount of related work experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Detail oriented and able to assimilate a lot of case information
• Proficiency with desktop and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), required
• Strong writing skills, proofreading, and attention to detail required
• 1+ year experience with project coordination or management, and analysis of information and data

Responsibilities

• Research new and existing class action settlements
• Develop and execute project plan for assigned cases
• Oversee marketing and communication activities for assigned cases
• File claims on behalf of clients with claims administrator. Work with clients and claims administrator to maximize recovery
• Update systems with pertinent updates from research and claims filing activities
• Develop case level valuation model to estimate anticipated recovery
• Handle regular communicationswith clients, sales organization, and client services about the particulars of assigned cases and case updates
• Actively participate in suggesting, testing, and implementing infrastructure changes and process improvements
