• Train timekeepers on guidelines and coding.
• Customize best practice procedures for billing process.
• Prepare reports and analyses as requested.
• Review inventory to meet billing deadlines.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal staff.
• Coordinate efforts of staff, vendors, and clients.
• Perform other assigned duties.
