The role leads marketing, advertising, and sales activities, manages the leasing team, coordinates pricing, incentives, and reports using property management software, while ensuring a safe and appealing living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience directing property marketing and leasing activities.
• Ability to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
• Leadership of on-site leasing teams and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print, and internet advertising to hit leasing targets.
• Oversee on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans based on market conditions.
• Ensure the physical community meets standards and is marketable.
• Lead leasing process from prospecting to move-in; report results.
• Review financial and traffic reports to optimize leasing performance.
• Manage lease renewals, communications, and move-out processes.
• Supervise leasing staff, including hiring and performance management.
