Job summary

Greystar in Bryan, TX is seeking a seasoned leasing and marketing leader to oversee the community’s advertising, sales activities, and leasing team, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention.

You will develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans, price concessions, and promotional strategies, while ensuring on-site operations meet Greystar standards and provide a superior resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily real estate marketing and leasing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust pricing.
• Knowledge of property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Direct leasing team, manage traffic, pricing, concessions, and ready-unit inventory.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Use property management software to generate sales and leasing reports.
• Lead lease documentation and move-in procedures in line with policies.
• Review financial and traffic reports to improve leasing performance.
