Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, real estate or PM field preferred.
• Seven years’ sales and leasing experience required at multifamily properties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation.
• Strong proficiency with Yardi and CRM systems; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Motivate leasing team to meet occupancy goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Lead resident retention programs and monitor weekly occupancy reports.
• Develop and implement marketing and pricing strategies for properties.
• Create training schedules for marketing, sales, product knowledge and procedures.
• Oversee leasing paperwork, lease files and renewal processes.
• Conduct market analyses and prepare marketing plans and collateral.
• Supervise and coach onsite leasing staff with regular performance reviews.
• Analyze market trends and forecast occupancy; adjust strategies accordingly.
