Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee lease records and asset purchase agreements related to M&A. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely tracking of leases, payments, and critical dates across multiple properties.

Coordinate with landlords, manage CAM reconciliations with the finance team, and resolve lease issues with internal partners. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in financial analysis or lease administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, lease administration or commercial property accounting.
• Demonstrated understanding of contracts and lease documents.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex lease terminology.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with store design and construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
