Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a full-time Real Estate Manager to lead strategic real estate decisions across its banners. You will identify, evaluate, and secure locations for new stores and expansions from market strategy through LOI and lease execution, partnering with legal, store planning, construction, and finance to support opening-date objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial real estate with acquisitions and negotiations.
• 1–3 years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with new store roll-out strategies desired.
• Familiarity with SiteSeer real estate analytics tool desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic real estate development plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Research markets to identify viable locations for stores, relocations and expansions.
• Coordinate due diligence and site visits for evaluation and approval.
• Lead negotiations with brokers and landlords on rent and terms.
• Prepare investment analyses and pro forma projections for decisions.
