Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, and mentor staff.
• Prepare and manage platform budgets.
• Assist in negotiations for scope of services with high-profile clients.
• Prepare high-value responses to RFIs, qualifications, and proposals.
• Ensure up-to-date lease administration playbooks and trainings.
• Coordinate educational programs to train staff and define career paths.
• Review and enforce standard service agreements.
• Apply broad knowledge to improve cross-functional performance.
• Lead by example and negotiate with external partners to align goals.
• Identify and solve complex operational problems leveraging resources.
• Champion adoption of new technologies to enhance processes.
• Act as the client relationship lead and escalation point.
