Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, HR, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in learning & development, facilitation, or HR with increasing responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Design and customize learning materials and job aids.
• Create engaging learning environments and encourage application.
• Adapt delivery methods based on audience needs.
• Read group dynamics and adjust activities.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify capability gaps.
• Identify training needs and partner with HR to implement programs.
• Align Talent & OD strategies with business goals.
• Travel approximately 50%.
