Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Facilitation and/or Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-impact classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Design, develop, and customize learning materials and digital resources.
• Adapt delivery methods based on audience needs and learning outcomes.
• Identify organizational learning needs and partner with HR to implement programs.
• Travel approximately 50% to site locations in the United States.
