Candidates should possess a Master's degree in a related field and relevant experience in training or Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on cultural understanding of Alaska Native peoples.

Compliance with health screening and immunizations is mandatory, and Native preference is exercised in hiring.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in training and development.
• Ability to obtain ATD Master Certificate within a year.
