Job summary

Sorren is seeking a Learning and Development Leader to drive strategy, design, and execution of a scalable learning ecosystem for a 1,000+ person accounting and advisory firm. The role focuses on technical excellence, CPE compliance, leadership development, and business acumen across service lines.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with stakeholders to simplify and modernize learning, leveraging LCvista, Workday, and AI-enabled approaches to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning and development—10+ years with leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams or enterprise programs.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and learning experience platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of CPE compliance and regulatory standards for accounting/advisory.
• Experience implementing or managing enterprise LMS/LXP platforms (LCVista/Workday).
• Ability to lead across multiple service lines and regions in a fast-paced environment.

• Support onboarding, technical proficiency, client service readiness, and leadership.
