Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, is seeking a Senior Head of Third‑Party Claims to lead global liability and financial lines programs from its Dallas office. You will set strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement across NA, EMEA, and APAC, aligning with portfolio objectives.

As a senior leader, you’ll drive operational excellence, mentor Claims Specialists, collaborate with carriers, brokers and internal partners, and shape the claims function for consistent outcomes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced insurance credentials preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of claims teams across multiple lines.
• Strong communication with portfolio leadership, brokers, and carriers.
• Experience with claims governance and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with portfolio company leadership and risk teams.
• Oversee third‑party claims governance, strategy, and escalation.
• Lead talent development for Claims Specialists and Analysts.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and legal teams on coverage and disputes.
• Drive data‑driven improvements using claims analytics and reporting.
