Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, seeks a Claims Specialist to manage third‑party liability claims across North America, including incidents, contract‑related issues, and reputational risks. The role collaborates with insurers, claim handlers, and internal partners to drive timely resolutions.

The position can be based in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work approach and opportunities to enhance governance and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years of general liability claim handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of third‑party liability claims from intake through resolution, including bodily injury, reputational harm, and contract‑related incidents.
• Lead claim strategy and communication across internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, insurers, defense counsel, and TPAs.
• Escalate matters requiring legal oversight to in‑house Legal or external counsel while managing the claim lifecycle and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure governance and compliant handling of claims.
