Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist in TPA Liability to manage high-value liability claims across multiple U.S. locations. You will oversee TPAs, coordinate coverage issues, and guide claim strategy with internal partners to optimize outcomes.

Exton, PA and other major U.S. markets require strong leadership, multi-jurisdictional experience, and advanced negotiation skills to drive results in complex claim environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced claim handling experience involving high value/complex claim management and litigation management.
• Defined expertise in managing coverage and compliance related issues.
• Multi-jurisdictional (U.S.) experience.

Responsibilities

• Active management of caseload of high-value liability claims venue throughout the United States for assigned clients in our US Risk Management, Construction, Programs and other supported business units.
• Coordinate coverage referrals and compliance related issues with TPAs, Claim Management and Compliance Department.
• Conduct claims handling and oversight of TPAs in AXA XL best practices across coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, recovery and resolution.
