Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead planning for two business units and report to the VP of Supply Chain Capabilities. You’ll guide enterprise-level planning for Supply Planning, Production Planning, Master Planning, and Scheduling through two Directors, shaping execution and governance.

You will drive KPI targets for delivery, inventory, and cost, and support SIOP processes by escalating decisions to resolve cross-unit conflicts and ensure production plan

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning across two business units through two Director-level direct reports.
• Represent the Supply Chain to support the company’s strategic initiatives and drive KPI targets.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Customer Supply Chain.
