Job summary

Novolex, a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a skilled Capital Finance professional to drive budgeting and forecasting for capital programs. You will reconcile forecasts, build scorecards, and support policy alignment across finance teams.

This role requires 8-10 years in capital finance, with strong analytical abilities and cross-functional collaboration. Training on finance software and audit support are part of the duties, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in capital finance or similar field
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support the annual capital expenditure planning/budget process
• Reconcile monthly forecasts by category and business unit
• Build Capital Scorecard and review for issues
• Assist accounting with Capitalizing Labor, Travel and Entertainment for employees
• Assist accounting with policy alignment
• Provide Training to capital finance software
• Support audit and capitalization review
• Provide analysis on CapEx information as requested
• Lead Ad Hoc projects as requested by management
