Job summary

CCESA, a division of Coconino County, seeks a Division Manager for Mental Health Services in the Innovation and Development unit. Under the Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee program delivery, supervise licensed clinicians, and coordinate with school districts to align MTSS, SEL, and mental health supports.

This role manages grants and contracts, guides data collection and reporting, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with IDEA and state/federal

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, psychiatry, or counseling, or 2+ years post-master’s experience.
• Must be licensed in Arizona as LCSW, LMSW, Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to assess student mental health needs and guide intervention.
• Oversee psychoeducational interviews, behavioral assessments, and required documentation.
• Manage grant-funded initiatives, including budgeting and reporting.
• Develop training for staff on trauma-informed practices and MTSS alignment.
• Coordinate with districts and partners to ensure program compliance and impact.
• Provide direct counseling services and support to educators to maintain program integrity.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA and state/federal guidance.
• Support recruitment and retention of licensed professionals.
