Job summary

InSite Health is seeking a Schools Regional Clinical Lead to provide leadership, clinical supervision, and program oversight for school-based mental health services across a designated region. You will support clinicians, foster school partnerships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, with travel across North Jersey counties and a collaboration-driven approach to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active NJ clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required.
• 5+ years of experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents.
• 2+ years in a school-based supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to travel within North Jersey counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and associate-level clinicians.
• Travel across all assigned counties in the region.
• Coordinate clinician caseloads and monitor service delivery.
• Lead onboarding, mentorship, and professional development for clinicians.
• Engage with school administrators and staff to strengthen partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and state regulations.
