You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, establish clear ownership and operating rhythms, and strengthen our control environment to reduce risk while enabling product

Qualifications

• Seasoned compliance leader with experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance operations and building management systems.
• Skilled at engaging regulators and external partners and communicating risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regulatory Compliance and Licensing operations within Product Compliance.
• Set clear priorities, ownership, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.
• Develop team members and build capabilities, judgment, and accountability for execution.
• Partner with Product Compliance leadership on organizational design and resourcing.
• Establish ownership, documented processes, controls, escalation paths for regulatory obligations.
• Reduce single points of failure through cross-training and knowledge management.
• Improve visibility into upcoming obligations, execution status, risks and issues.
• Standardize workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and compliance outcomes.
• Develop meaningful operational measures to assess execution, capacity, and quality.
