Job summary

PacificSource seeks a senior leader to drive Provider Network Operations, ensuring data integrity and strategic execution across multiple teams. You will partner with IT, Analytics, and other departments to align initiatives with compliance and organizational goals.

The role emphasizes provider education, relationship management, and leadership of large, matrixed teams to deliver results and improve member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of leadership in healthcare provider network operations.
• Experience leading Provider Relations, Credentialing, or Provider Data Management preferred.
• Bachelors or higher in business/health care administration/finance; assoc. degree with experience considered.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic initiatives for Provider Network Operations and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and Analytics to meet objectives while ensuring compliance.
• Develop and deliver provider education programs and manage relations for engagement.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, coaching, and performance reviews.
