Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with leadership.
• 5+ years in managerial roles and fundraising analytics.
• Experience owning prospect research and management functions.
• CRM strategy leadership, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Set and own multi-year donor intelligence strategy.
• Oversee prospect identification for major gifts.
• Lead portfolio strategy and regular reviews with fundraisers.
• Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards.
• Manage and develop a team of researchers and analysts.
• Partner cross-functionally on data integrity and reporting.
