Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a close strategic thought partner to the Director of Systemic Transformation, shaping the vision for the Creating Conditions for Impact Team with a postsecondary systems lens in alignment with the Dana Center's mission.

You will collaborate with leadership in communications, evaluation, and development to ground policy and systems-change strategies in current research and evaluation findings and to communicate impact effectively.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree and 10–12 years in postsecondary education with math/statistics/data science focus.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a postsecondary setting with math/data focus.
• Ability to think strategically, collaborate across teams, and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a close strategic thought partner to the Director of Systemic Transformation.
• Lead design and execution of systems-change and workforce-alignment initiatives for postsecondary math.
• Build relationships with national education leaders, funders, policymakers, and stakeholders.
• Represent the Dana Center at high-level forums to advance systemic change.
