Job summary

World Wildlife Fund, Inc. is seeking a Director of Organizational Development & Learning to drive organizational effectiveness and leadership capabilities across the enterprise. You will oversee design, change initiatives, and enterprise learning programs to enable WWF’s strategic priorities.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and partner with senior leaders to cultivate a data-informed learning culture, leveraging AI learning initiatives and certifications where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 10+ years in organizational development and learning.
• Proven track record designing and leading enterprise OD, change, leadership, and talent initiatives.
• Experience with learning technologies and data-informed program evaluation.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading teams, cross-functional projects, and budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, organizational behavior, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the OD & Learning strategy aligned with People & Culture priorities.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and sustainability.
• Design and deliver leadership, manager, and employee development programs.
• Lead talent and organizational effectiveness practices, including design and succession planning.
• Oversee the annual learning curriculum and measure impact.
• Manage budgets; chair the Learning Committee and coordinate with leadership.
