Job summary

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is seeking a Director of Organizational Development & Learning to lead strategies strengthening organizational effectiveness, leadership, and workforce readiness. You’ll partner with senior leaders to advance organization design, change and talent management, and oversee enterprise learning and leadership programs.

You will measure impact using data, maintain policies and resources, and supervise staff, budgets, and external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development and learning.
• Experience leading enterprise organization development, change management, and talent initiatives.
• Experience with learning technologies and data-informed program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the OD & Learning strategy aligned with WWF priorities.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and sustainability.
• Design and deliver leadership, manager, and employee development programs.
• Oversee talent processes including organization design, succession, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Manage the annual learning curriculum and measure impact.
