Job summary

World Wildlife Fund in Washington, DC seeks a Director of Organizational Development & Learning to lead strategies strengthening organizational effectiveness, leadership, and workforce readiness. In partnership with senior leaders, this role advances organization design, change and talent management, and oversees enterprise learning and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, education, business, or related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, talent management, or related discipline
• Experience designing and leading enterprise organization development, change management, leadership development, and talent initiatives
• Experience with learning technologies, learning management systems, and data-informed program evaluation
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects and budgets
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, organizational behavior, and change management principles
• Identifies with WWF's core values: COURAGE, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, COLLABORATION

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the Organizational Development & Learning strategy aligned with WWF priorities
• Lead enterprise change initiatives including stakeholder engagement and communications
• Design and deliver leadership, manager, and employee development programs
• Lead talent and organizational effectiveness practices: org design, succession, workforce planning, talent reviews
• Oversee the annual learning curriculum from needs assessment to evaluation
• Lead WWF's AI learning initiative and maintain related policies and resources
• Manage coaching and assessment programs (360s, DiSC, EQ-i, etc.) and certifications
• Facilitate learning sessions and executive/team interventions as needed
• Manage the ODL budget and advise leaders on decentralized training budgets
• Chair WWF's Learning Committee and represent People & Culture
• Manage staff, consultants, vendors, and complex projects to ensure quality on time
• Perform other duties as assigned
