Blue Ridge Cancer Care (BRCC) is seeking an Executive Director to lead a high-performing community-based oncology practice. You will drive growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient and employee experience in partnership with physicians and clinical leaders.

This senior leader will oversee business operations, shape strategy with physician leadership, and ensure the organization meets financial and operational goals while nurturing a culture of accountability and compassionate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or MHA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare management and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic and operating plans.
• Serve as a trusted partner to physician leadership, aligning strategy with network objectives.
• Build and sustain relationships with hospital systems and external partners.
• Champion a high-engagement culture rooted in trust, collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee and develop a senior leadership team across operations, HR, marketing, payer strategy, and research.
• Ensure strong financial performance, operational discipline, and performance management processes.
• Advise the Practice President and regional leadership on business conditions, risks and opportunities.
